Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! It sounds like you may need some assistance getting the best fit with your buds. The Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips, so it’s important to find the right size for your ears. A snug fit helps eliminate sound leaks and enhances audio quality. If you need guidance on how to change the tips, we have a helpful guide just for that. Once you have the right tips on, make sure to check the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—look for the "L" and "R." Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same for the L bud on the left. A little adjustment by rotating them can really help to find that perfect fit. Also, if you want to double-check the fit, you can run an earbud fit test using the Galaxy Wearable app! As for wind, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro include an innovative wind shield that provides exceptional sound clarity even in gusty conditions.
