Awesome sound, ear tip fit and swappingeh

Keeping me safe and entertained.I will not go to work without them. And the active adaptive noise cancelation helps keep my ears safe no matter the work environment. Galaxy AI pairs well with the buds pro 3 delivering clear crisp responses with accurate information and you can get this across all devices, then they pair seamlessly together from your phoneTo your watch to your earbuds.

Best headsets hands down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy pro threes are the best headsets.I've had especially with the feature of the AI the AI helps me through everyday task. I have to translate sometimes. And money, earbuds helped me with that with the assistance of the AI they also fit very comfortably. The noise cancellation, it's a great feature another great feature is when i'm talking, it's able to control the volume.So I can hear my voice, so I do not speak out loud i highly recommend these headsets to anyone who owns a samsung product they go great together like peanut butter and jelly 😀

Sound quality and noise canceling is really good quality. Bass could be stronger but definitely not disappointed at all.

Right bud does not charge at times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long day of use or after using while exercising, the case will not charge the bids with the right bud in case. I continue to get a flashing red light for several hours. If I leave both buds in the case and in the charger for several hours, it will finally charge both the case and buds. Other than this big inconvenience I enjoy the buds. They have great sound and look amazing

To keep them performing well, be sure to check for any moisture or debris on the earbuds and their charging contacts. Make sure you're using an approved Samsung charger, as well. If there’s a cover on your charging case, it might interfere with wireless charging, so consider removing it while charging, or you can always use a USB cable. Additionally, keep an eye on the charging contacts as dust or wax can accumulate over time. A quick inspection of your case, earbuds, and charger will help ensure everything stays in good condition.
