The best earbuds I've had ever but one big issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got to start by saying that I love these earbuds by far they are the best earbuds I've ever owned in terms of functionality and features The AI is awesome especially when interpreting Spanish to English. It just so smooth and so fast it's quite incredible I have found a few small issues and one big issue that really kind of throws a stick in my spokes as for smaller issues I feel like I probably just battery life being a little less than anticipated as well as sometimes I do have some distortion but very rarely I also use my earbuds for almost constantly. My biggest concern and issue has been something that's just come off recently which is I lost my charging cradle case and Samsung does sell the charging cradle individually. They advised to just replace the earbuds but given the cost of the earbuds at purchase its totally unreasonable. The only solution that's out there is to buy a used third party case and that just seems questionable for many different reasons but it's the only solution if I want to continue to use these earbuds I'm actually kind of shocked there isn't any other options from Samsung. It really is a shame because I love you so much and I feel like I'm not getting the back end support that a flagship ear bud should offer. I've been a very loyal Samsung customer for last 15 years, every smartphone, tablet, washer dryer and buds have been registered Samsung products. I would have given a 5 star review except this recent issue.

Love my Earbuds 3 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got to say i love the sound quality of these headphones cause ive tried alot of diffrent brands in the past and i must say these definitely take my number one spot cause there adaptive sound and noise canceling are really nice and the adaptive sounds incredible on how real and prett clear it sounds.

The ambient suround sound is very good, the noise canceling is amazing and the adaptive Ness of the headphones are simply purely amazing and genuinely good for any and all things.
