Overall good buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy ai works flawlessly on device. Sound is incredible. Charging the ear buds are off and on. Sometimes I have to remove and reinsert ear buds into charging case before they start charging. Waterproofing could be better. I use these daily to workout and the right earbud has high-pitched tick in the sound from sweating.

Galaxy buds 3 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Buds3 Pro work Awesome compared to others. I have used all of the Galaxy Buds since they first came out and these are by far the best. Galaxy AI works great with them as well. They are so easy to set up and pair that it literally took me opening the package, and opening the lid and they were automatically recognized by my phone and paired.
Battery life is awesome as I wear them all day long and I love the new light pattern that goes up and down the stem. Sound is phenomenal, noise cancellation works like no other, those that I talk to say they can hear me just like I am holding my phone even better than when I am not on my Buds and my window is down, the noise cancellation with the window down talking is that great.
I recommend these Buds to anyone looking for a new set to replace your current ones and want all new features. Not to add the ability to customize the Buds buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleasantly surprised at how good these headphones are. Great noise cancelling and good fit. The touch controls could be better but the voice controls are a nice feature. Not sure how Galaxy AI works differently on these than on my Samsung Galaxy phone.

I had to instantly buy them. Quality wise. We don't talk about that. We already know it's the best one by far...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to have to older first model of Buds and they would not stay connected and the sound quality was good but at best. These new Galaxy Buds3 Pro are the Truth. The sound quality and effects are like listening to high quality stereo surround sound. The different modes of listening and blocking out background noise is amazing. I ❤️ these Buds Pro 3.

However, we noted your concern about the right earbud going silent during calls, where you can hear the other caller, but they cannot hear you properly. To ensure your earbuds are functioning correctly, we recommend checking that the microphone is not muted, verifying the battery status in the Galaxy Wearable app, and inspecting the earbuds for any dirt or damage that may affect performance. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer's defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
