Amazing earbuds

Language Translator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all the sound and look are great but when someone is speaking a foreign language around me the buds do not pick up or translate the language. I have reset them multiple times and it still doesn't work. I have not attempted to use the "Galaxy AI" with yet.

Once they’re connected, simply open the Interpreter app and place the buds in your ears. Tap on Listening mode and select your desired languages. Sometimes they don't charge the ear bud even though the case is fully charged.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We understand that you may be experiencing some difficulties with charging your earbuds, and we would like to assist you in resolving this. If one or both of your Galaxy Buds are not charging or turning on, the concern could be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may lead to charging complications, and it's possible that the earbuds could be damaged. Since you have already tried fully charging the case, please check the earbuds for any signs of damage and consider restarting them as well. For further troubleshooting options, please refer to the link provided below. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support.
