You can swipe down to quickly adjust your equalizer (EQ) and noise control from the Quick Settings panel. Your custom settings are saved for each app, so whether you're using 360 Audio on YouTube or bass boost on Spotify, your audio experience remains tailored to your preferences. We understand that having the right fit is important for the overall experience, and we want to ensure that you are able to enjoy your buds to the fullest. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with various sizes of ear tips, so it's important to select the right size for your ears to ensure a snug fit without any gaps, which helps prevent sound leaks and provides optimal audio quality. To use the buds correctly, check the bottom for directional marks indicating "L" for the left earbud and "R" for the right. Insert the right earbud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the left earbud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbud so that the microphone points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and feel free to adjust the fit by rotating them back and forth for comfort. Additionally, you can use the Galaxy Wearable app to run a fit test to confirm that you have the proper fit. Unfortunately they fall out my ear quite often and the buttons to skip a song, pause, or volume is hard to get sometimes. My last set of galaxy buds were more sensitive to touch. These are not and it takes several tries sometimes. I wish I could say that the price is worth the product.

Just overall worse than the previous model of pro, touch controls non existent, sound quality not quite there, almost impossible to work out with, even with the biggest ear size just falls out... pro 2 was the best of the best, even beat out bose imo.

We appreciate your candid feedback, Eric. We hate to see that your buds have not lived up to your expectations but we would love to work with you to resolve your concerns. We've compiled some troubleshooting links at the end of this response. Regarding the sound quality, we recommend checking out the equalizer in the wearable app to better tailor the sound to your liking. Regarding the fit, it's important to check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You'll see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable.
