Great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the galaxy buds pro and what I love the most is the noise cancelation I use them daily at work to protect my ears from the noise that all the tools that I used and when the battery is dying they charge very fast and the music quality is very good way better than all other earphones that I had in the past.
Fit is not that great. Sound is not great. Pinch and volume functionality is awkward
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We will include a link to the manual for visual reference. For detailed instructions on how to use the pinch and swipe gestures effectively, please refer to pages 24 and 25 of the manual. Since you have concerns about the fit, be sure to try out the additional earbud tips that come with your buds. You can also use the Fit Test feature in the Wearable app to find the best fit for you. Additionally, for customizing the sound to your personal preference, don’t forget to use the Equalizer feature. You can select from several different equalizer options and enjoy the same music with a different and unique sound. Not great for communication use just movies/music

A big price tag for Bluetooth headphones that only is good for is listening to music or movies. Using for talking is non existent. Every phone call taken on my buds no one can hear me.

Poor fit

I like the sound and features. But the fit is very poor. I tried all three tips with no improvement. I feel if these were engineered correctly the fit would not be a problem.

I regret my purchase, it does not auto interpret as advertised, instead they are dependent on the AI feature to be activated on phone device (which in some cases is blocked by the carrier), also my new buds came with a defect detecting moisture and blocking charging randomly without exposure to liquid or moisture.
