Great Product Needs improvement on noise canceling

I Have had 2 sets of the Buds 3 pro they are very nice.The only downside is when you lose your case it doesn't have a beeper or way to track it when shut.Sound quality is excellent.There are a few things that could be improved like the noise canceling needs much improvements other than that they're a great product

Better than they look

PROS:
Sound -Brilliant sound quality all around. Ambient mode and Noise cancelling are both crystal clear when listening to my playlist.
Comfort - These are just as comfortable as the previous models, maybe even more so in fact.
CONS:
Controls- tangible clicking instead of tapping is a step down. I wear my buds while working, and I'm use to knuckling the controls to keep my fingers off of them. Second, tapping is much quicker and reliable. It's harder to get three clicks versus three taps.
Appearance - I don't want to look in the mirror while wearing these things. Just like airpods, these things look like someone trimmed the wires off of them. Imitating a competitors quality is one thing, but copying their image is disappointing
OVERALL:
The quality of the software and noise control outweighs the negatives. I'll continue to use these until Samsung returns to the less gaudy designs.

I think they are great bit the fit in my ear is not as good as the Air Pods Pro. Need improvement in the noise cancellation as well. I fly quite frequently and doenst block out noise as the Air Pods ... Even though, I still use them regularly.

Terrible battery life

After 1 year of use battery life 2 hrs max. Will not stay in ears and cannot get good enough seal to obtain optimal sound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. By making a couple of adjustments, you can conserve battery power on your earbuds. That way, they'll last when you really need them. Here are some tips you can follow: When you are not using the earbuds, keep them in the charging case with the cover closed. Adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone. When using iOS, adjust the notification settings in the Galaxy Buds app. Regarding the fit, we recommend checking out the link attached for steps on how to achieve the most secure fit with your buds.
