Sound is very clear but noise reduction is terrible. I should have kept the pro 2 earbuds. Do not purchase waist of money. Disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Oglons1. It is great that you find the sound quality impressive, but we're disappointed to learn that the noise reduction did not meet your expectations. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers noise control modes, including Ambient sound, Adaptive, and Active Noise Canceling. These modes can be adjusted in the Galaxy Wearable app to customize the settings to your preferences. For example, Ambient sound mode lets in surrounding sounds for better awareness, while Active Noise Canceling reduces external noise to minimize distractions. Properly fitting the earbuds in your ears can also help enhance noise reduction by ensuring a secure placement. Your feedback matters, and we appreciate you taking the time to share them with us. If you need any further guidance, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Cheap Airpod knock offs. They sound terrible and stopped working after about 30 days. Samsung doesn't allow returns so I'm stuck with them.

These are by far the worst ones made yet when it comes to quality and functionality. They fit in the ear great and look stunning, but they die SO fast and lose connection all the time! They last MAYBE 2 hours top and the connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect, etc. I've bought 3 pairs. 2 pairs at the same time for me and my husband, then bought a replacement pair because i figured they were just duds the first time I bought them. NOPE, all have same problem....

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, Jordan. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro is designed to provide a premium experience. Maintaining your buds and charging case is essential for optimal performance. Ensure that the charging contacts are clean and dry, as sweat or moisture can affect charging and connectivity. Fully charge both the earbuds and the case before use, and store them in the case when not in use to conserve battery life. If you encounter connectivity challenges, try restarting or re-pairing the earbuds. Disappointed Upgrade – Buds3 Pro Letdown
on April 22, 2025

I upgraded from the Buds+ through a trade-in program and was genuinely excited to try the new Buds3 Pro. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into regret.
First impressions were promising. I used the fit test in the app, and it said everything was good. But the real test came at the gym—and that’s where things fell apart, literally. With movement and a bit of sweat, the buds kept slipping out. I spent more time hunting for them on the floor than focusing on my workout. I even tried changing the ear tips (or gaskets or whatever they’re called), but nothing worked. Same poor fit, same frustration.
Sound quality? It’s fine, maybe a bit better bass than the Buds+, but not a night-and-day difference. Active noise cancellation? Minimal improvement, if any.
If you're active and rely on a secure fit, think twice before making the switch. I wish I had.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, AIG9. We hate to see that you've had a disappointing experience so far, but we want to help enhance your experience. While the fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app can help ensure a proper fit, we understand that movement and sweat during workouts can sometimes affect how securely the earbuds stay in place. Adjusting the earbuds by rotating them slightly or ensuring the touch-sensitive sensor makes contact with your ear might help improve the fit. Cleaning the sensors and charging contacts to remove any sweat or liquid can also enhance performance. Regarding sound quality, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to deliver enriched bass and clear audio, but we understand that the difference compared to the Buds+ might not meet your expectations. We recommend checking out the Equilizer using the Wearable app to help get the sound you're looking for. As for Active Noise Cancellation, be sure to make sure you have the correct but tips inserted. Your feedback is valuable, and we hope these suggestions help improve your experience! It's great to hear from you, Omar. Thanks for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! It sounds like you’re having some concerns with the fit, and we completely understand how important it is to get that just right. For the best audio quality and comfort, it’s crucial to select the right size ear tips that fit snugly in your ears. This helps minimize sound leakage while maximizing the immersive audio experience. Please make sure to check out the directional markings on the earbuds—“L” for the left and “R” for the right—when inserting them. Position the right earbud in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the left one. We’ve also found that angling the earbud so the microphone points toward your mouth rather than hanging straight down can enhance your experience even more. Additionally, don’t hesitate to rotate them slightly until they feel just right. To ensure you're getting the perfect fit, we recommend running the earbud fit test available in the Galaxy Wearable app. It’s a helpful tool that can guide you toward achieving the best possible fit and sound experience. We want you to have the best experience possible with your buds and hope that these tips help you do so. For any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Got these to replace my Buds 2 and to see if they fit better. So far the fit has been an issue. When I'm wearing them mowing the yard or doing yard work or what ever they want to fall out. So I tried changing out the M ear pieces with the smaller ones and trying to get them off isn't fun. I did what it said and gently pulled on it and one of them ripped like crazy (See pics). After that I didn't think I would ever get it off but I finally got them changed. Haven't had a chance to fully test the fit yet but it seems "better". The controls are also hit and miss, I find myself fighting with them to even pause my music unless I just so happen to grab them right. Kind of frustrating to say the least. The sound on them is great and like the new way they sit on your ears but do not like how you can rip the ear pieces by changing them nor the controls, Why couldn't they just have stuck with touch? Now the M ones are ruined. Also like the Silver color and the fact Left and Right are color coded.

Having owned the original buds, as well as Live and Pro, I was excited to get my hands on these. Strictly from the sound perspective, these are fantastic. Definitely an improvement over the previous generations. I liked them so much that I bought another pair just for my home office. If I was leaving this review 2-3 months ago, I would have easily given these 5 stars. That is however until I noticed a crack forming at the top of the right ear bud. Identical to what was described by a number of others. Knowing that these have never been dropped, I can only assume its an issue with material or design. However, based on Samsung's warranty disclaimer, this is considered "physical damage," and it not something they cover. Which is a shame because it puts a pretty significant damper on what is otherwise a great product.
