Crisp and Clear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy Moly! I've been missing out! I've always used off bran crappy cheap ear buds. My husband talked me into getting the bud 3 pro's for my 55th birthday! Let me just say I will never go back. These are incredible. The charge lasts like 6-8 hours when used non stop. (I listen to audio books). The first time I put them on I couldn't believe the sound was soooo clear & crisp. They are so good I can hear the narrators breathing while they are reading the audio book! I appreciate the noise cancelation abilities too! Best buds ever!

Love the sound quality and the noise canceling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to only buy Bose products and I tried one of the older buds from Samsung, the older buds didn't cancel noise very well. The new Buds 3pro are amazing and they easily connect to all of my Samsung TV's my Galaxy Phone, and my laptop. This is fantastic.

I absolutely love how versatile these earbuds are. Whether I’m at work, on the go, or just relaxing, they seamlessly adapt to what I need. But what really stands out is the ambient sound feature — it’s incredible how I can still hear what's going on around me even with the buds in. I wear them pretty much all day at work and never feel disconnected from my environment.
Another feature I’ve been blown away by is the AI-powered translation. It's surprisingly accurate and super helpful, especially in situations where I need to communicate across languages quickly. These earbuds have truly become an everyday essential for me.

The fit is usually the most important part to me and these just fit perfectly, my ears never hurt when wearing these and they stay comfortable for hours. The sound quality is amazing and I absolutely love the voice control which is perfect for the gym. I never want to take these out whether im at school or at work.

One of the features I like is when I start talking out loud the sound gets quiet and I can have conversations with them still in my ears. I appreciate the Galaxy AI features thats included.

Fantastic Buds, None compete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the point I changed over from my OnePlus Buds 3 Pro to the Samsung Buds 3 Pro, I saw a huge difference. The sound quality is amazing, the ability to change bass is a definite win for these Buds. The Galaxy AI element here is amazing also, the ability to have on the go translation service is a game changer. I'm a linguist in the Army and a fluent French speaker and it's amazing being able to "check" it and see it's absolutely correct. It also gives me the opportunity to understand other languages at my language school.

Great sound quality, case is sensitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound quality for all modes. However, the case is extremely sensitive and will sometimes send 0% battery notifications when fully charged. In addition, the buds sometimes don't charge unless I tape the lid tightly shut.
I like using Galaxy AI when wearing them for quick answers without pulling the phone from my pocket.

First we recommend checking and making sure that the buds and the charging contacts are clean and free of moisture and debris. We also recommend checking to make sure that the case is charged. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If they are charged and it says they are not, we may need to take a closer look into what could be causing this.
