Stylish buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and the one con I had going into getting these buds was no wireless charging while the buds are in the case. Welp that was entirely wrong and they can charge on a wireless pad. So far the only thing that has me even the slightest irritated is that it's not truly nice canceling. I use my buds for everything. Work, leasure and gym. And at the gym that's the one place I really need to block out side distractions and I find myself adjusting them at times to hear less of the outside world. And even then I can still faintly hear those around me. If not for that I'd truly believe these buds would be 5/5 stars

Ear Buds made with stability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a previous owner of the Samsung Ear Buds pro, I thought they were poorly designed. As, I'm sure for all, the problem was keeping your Buds in your ears. I skipped out on the 2nd generation and then saw these. I can actually go working out, sleep, do what I ever I want to do while wearing them and not worry about them falling out. The sound quality is great and the functions on the Buds are cool. I can pause, skip, and lower the volume with just a touch of either bud without pestering with my device. Overall, it's a great product.

Love the buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones perform exceptionally well, offering superb noise cancellation and background noise reduction. Call quality is significantly improved, to the point that colleagues can no longer discern my work environment.
Good looking ear buds but difficult to handle the features as volume up and down, mute and not very good interaction to an additional device like a PC
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To assist you, here’s a brief guide: For pinch controls, a single pinch will play or pause the music, answer or end a call, and stop features like “Read Notifications Aloud,” “Voice Detection,” or “Siren Detection.” A double pinch skips to the next song, while a triple pinch will play the previous song. If you triple pinch within three seconds of starting music, it will restart the song from the beginning. For pinch and hold, you can activate the preset function (default is noise control mode) or reject a call. Great synergy between devices

Software is garbage

Software is garbage. Pinch controls are inconsistent, sound modes like ambient/noise canceling are not remembered when taking earbuds out of the case and have to frequently re-elect the sound mode, and you get a notification that your earbuds have stopped charging everytime your case is out of charge. So I disabled the notification setting for the wearable app and now I can't use the app for the earbudes unless notification settings are turned on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pinch controls are designed to manage playback, calls, and noise controls modes directly on the earbuds. If they're not responding as expected, ensure the gesture areas are clean and free of sweat or debris, as this can affect their performance. For sound modes like Ambient or Active Noise Canceling, it's helpful to know that these do not stay active after the earbuds are removed from the case. You can quickly re-select your preferred mode using the pinch controls or the Galaxy Wearable app. Regarding the charging notifications, the case’s battery indicator light shows the charging status. If the case is out of charge, it may cause a notification that the earbuds stopped charging. To fully use the app's features, notifications need to remain enabled.
