[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved a pair of samsung buds 3 to replace my Samsung live earbuds and loved them. However they kept falling out of my ears. So I bought myself the Samsung buds pro 3 and wow... I love them. The look, the sound, the quality. I have all Samsung products (ultra 25 phone, samsung chrome book, samsung watch 7, earbuds, tv). I love samsung product. Never had any issues with any of them.

Very sensitive ambient mic

The earbuds themselves are great, have good quality, one of my favorite designs, and are easy to control volume and customize the buttons.
The biggest flaw with this product is the fact that the microphone that controls the ambient noise for noise canceling and ambient mode is just above the stem of the earbuds, and it's exactly where I need to put my finger to secure my buds. If I have ambient mode on and I touch the mic, I would have an ear-piercing sound that blows my eardrums. It's so sensitive that the slightest change of sound will distort and send loud feedback into my ears, and it's not pleasant. This is a borderline dealbreaker for me, and this needs to be fixed on the next buds, or I am not paying for it again.

When Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes are engaged, the sub-microphone on the outer edge of the earbuds adjusts sound to enhance your listening experience. Unfortunately, if you accidentally touch or cover that area while putting them on or adjusting them, it can lead to those unpleasant beeping or howling sounds you mentioned. Nice features and a solid sound profile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these earphones for listening to music and watching videos on my phone. I find that the noise cancellation used to be better on the previous version (Buds Pro 2), however the sound profile is better on these ones. The controls on the earpieces are very intuitive and it's easy to pause stuff and control playback. I had to buy third party earphones since the proprietary ones didn't fit in my ears that great. I love the design of these and the case is super comfy.
