Good sound, sometimes struggle with charging

Best earbuds I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are key for me when I am working. The microphone when I'm making calls is exactly what I wanted it to be. I'm in a van working everyday and I need to make calls in between appointments. Being able to use Bixby and Galaxy AI while on the road.
I would recommend these all day long

They have good noise cancelation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say overall my earbuds are pretty good other than the fact that when I move around in them, they burn my ears, and when I'm on a call with someone, if you accidentally press the button, it hangs up. I don't think they have Galaxy AI because whatever function you try, you can't. The noise cancellation is really good, and when you're listening to music, if you press it once, it pauses; if you press it twice, it skips to the next song; if you press it three times, it goes back to the previous song.
The active noise cancellation on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro is very effective — I’m impressed with how well it blocks external sounds. However, I wish it could connect to two devices (my phone and laptop) at the same time for seamless switching. Also, I feel the battery life doesn’t quite match what’s advertised; it drains faster than expected during long use.
After a few uses my right ear is significantly lower in volume and at certain pitches sounds like it’s blown.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
