Great sound and noise canceling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the form factor is a bit different than previous iterations, the sound is the same great quality I've known Samsung to provide. Even better, in fact, with the dual driver approach. The repositioned mic also seems to help make phone calls or video meetings even clearer.
I'm not aware of any Galaxy AI specific features for these buds, but the adaptive sound mode is a new addition that I really enjoy.

These are by far the best an ear.
Headphones ever. I love using them. The sound is phenomenal. The base is superb.They last for a very long time, too. Honestly, I couldn't be more happy and I'd recommend these even to someone that doesn't have a samsung device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The buds3 pro look beautiful. The silver is what I got and it looks and feels very well built and expensive. The sound signature is very well balanced with clear highs and mids and a powerful, crisp ,punchy baseline. Love the equalizer adjustments in the app where it gets even better. The blade lights are a sick flex tbh. Overall battery life is solid with anc on. The ANC is very good with it blocking out literally everything around me and transparency is amazing it’s like I’m not even wearing earbuds. No robotic noise with the transparency at all. I highly recommend these buds to anyone wanting a great and reliable pair of ANC earbuds with powerful sound quality. Samsung knocked it out the park with this one!

Mic doesn't work with PC

MIC DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 11. It is only receiving at 3-11% microphone volume even when set to 100%. Searching finds that this is a common issue going back to other models of Buds but Samsung refuses to acknowledge it is a bug. Chatted support and they just said "have you tried it with other devices?". Tried on a 2nd Windows PC and same thing - microphone at 3% so the other end can't hear you at all. Told support that and they said "Well, did you try it with a phone?". It does work when paired to my android, but I purchased these to use VOIP on my PC. Great sound quality, but don't buy if you want to use as a headset with a PC.

We would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot this experience and recommend the following steps:
Make sure that the microphone or headset is connected correctly to your computer.
Make sure that the microphone is positioned correctly.
Increase the volume of your microphone. Here's how to do this in Windows 11:
Select Start > Settings > System > Sound.
In Input, select a microphone to see its properties.
In Input volume, make sure the blue bar adjusts as you speak into the microphone.
If it doesn't, go to Test your microphone and Start test. This will help you troubleshoot any issues with your microphone.
If this does not help you resolve this experience with your earbuds, we also recommend reaching out to the software company you are using for your VOIP calls. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth

Mine for 4 weeks, in repair for a week plus

I pre-ordered these and had them delivered July 22th. They have never wirelessly charged with the case from the pre-order or any other case i have ordered.
Starting around August 18th the right ear bud began intermittently not charging in the case even when the case was at 100%. I put in a ticket an took it to a ubreakifix on the 28th. I still don't have them back as of closing September 6th due to a system error that they are blaming on samsung's part. I tried chat to find out what was going on and got booted to other support agents without any resolution. Repair has now had the buds for a quarter of the time that I had.
It is a good thing that I still have my pro 2s and recommend them, but I find it hard to find the words strong enough to warn you to stay away from these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The good and bad

Great fit. They have incredible balance in my ears. The controls are a little different but they work. To use the controls with gloves on is impossible. When storing the buds in the case, the triangle ends make it awkward to drop them in. I do like the new fit from my old Buds2 Pro. Without the discount off for shipping in my old buds, I would not have made the purchase. Too expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!
