Good but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the buds but they fall put of the ear to easily and I've used all the different pieces. My buds often switch from off to ambient sound on their own. I'll turn ambient sound off and watch it change back on its own. They also started making this high pitch noise after connecting. I like the translation and sound is adequate.

We understand your concerns about the earbuds falling out and the Ambient Sound mode switching on its own. If the Ambient Sound mode keeps turning off unexpectedly, it could be due to the Voice Detect or Siren Detect settings, a loose fit, or even accidentally tapping the touch sensor. We suggest checking those settings in the Galaxy Wearable app and making sure you have a proper fit. Since you’ve already tried different ear tips, we recommend using the fit test in the app to help you find the best option for you. As for the high-pitched noise after connecting, we've attached a link below to help troubleshoot this. We want your experience to be as enjoyable as possible! The galaxy buds 3 pro are a great choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy buds 3 pro are a great choice especially for construction worker or anyone in a system environment where there are loud machines or a loud environment in general. I have a box full of earbuds that are worthless to me because I can't hear nothing from them the only thing I hear is the noise around me these actually work really well and the fact that I Can customize the sound settings allowing me to option to customize the sound to how I like it the presettings are actually very close to what most people would use. Another thing I like about the bud 3 Pros I don't I have to take them out to answer a phone call just about all of the earbuds I have used the microphone is a poor quality and you have to remove the earbuds to answer the phone with these I do not have to do that. Other than actually being able to hear my music my number one feature of these is actually being able to find them when I either misplace them or if I drop one while doing yard work.

Great headphones

The buds are very well built! I've dropped the case multiple times, and no issues with the early buds at all. I use these daily for working, as well as going to the gym, and have had no issues or complaints!

Best Buds yet!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Several Buds in the past however this has been the best Buds yet. I love the features and snug fit of the design. I am able activate Galaxy AI "Gemini" voice commands. I use them quite often when at work on a voice or video call. I look forward to the opportunity to get the the fold 7 to pair my bids to increase my productivity at work.
