I really wanted to like these but unfortunately, I can't recommend them.
THE BAD:
1. They don't fit properly, at least in my ears. This is isn't going to be a problem for everyone I imagine, but it was for me. I can't get a good deal no matter what.
2. when putting them in the other right earbud often make a horrible high pitch sound, right in your ear.
3. The one I received was faulty and I haven't been able to get any support from Samsung. The right ear bud won't charge. I wanted to give them another chance, with a different pair, but Samsung just suggested that I restart the ear buds. Yeah no that didn't fix it. At this point I went with different headphones and will just be returning these.

So, I can't recommend these. Quality control seems to be an issue and getting support from Samsung to fix their mistake is a huge waste of time (I went through 4 reps in their chat and still nothing).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Earbuds Are Great Just One Issues Is The Earbuds Tips Will Tear When Trying to Remove Them. Should Have More Sizes Because Each Person Ear Are Different Sizes. Earbuds Pro 3 Are Very Clear, Great Sound

Great fit, amazing sound! they fit very well, and sound much better than the buds2 pro. the new controls take a bit to get used to but after a week or so they're just as easy to use as previous generations. I wish all devices supported the UHQ audio right away but going to have to wait for One UI 6.1.1 to try that out.

The sound quality is excellent at 24 bit 96khz. The voice quality when making phone calls or doing Video Chats is a big improvement over the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The voice translation works well with my Samsung phone. They have excellent battery life with the charging case. They have a good fit. The free clip case for preordering was nice too. The only thing that's not as good as Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is the ANC. other than that I am highly satisfied with my upgrade and would recommend these earbuds to any one especially if you have Samsung Phone.
