I believe there is a product design defect. No matter which size ear cover you use they don't stay in your ear. I constantly have to readjust these. Due to that I'm not getting the full experience of the audio or noise cancelation. Overall I'm not happy with these. I wanted to love them. Not worth the money

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand how frustrating it can be if your buds don’t stay in place, and we appreciate your feedback on this. The Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips to help ensure a comfortable fit for everyone. It’s crucial to use the right size tips, as this helps avoid any gaps that might cause sound leaks and ensures you get the best audio quality and noise cancellation. If you need assistance with changing the tips, you can find helpful instructions in our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you’ve selected the appropriate tips, please check for directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds; you’ll find an “L” for the left and an “R” for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the “L” facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so that the microphone is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down, and you can rotate the buds forward and backward to find the best fit. Additionally, we recommend running the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to confirm that you have the correct fit and optimize your listening experience. We really want you to enjoy the full potential of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, so please give these tips a try. Worst fit ever

These are the worst fitting samsung buds to date. I've tried all the tips and inserting them every way, they don't last more than 10 minutes. The sound is irrelevant if they won't stay in. The finish on the case wears faster than any other case over had. It looks a year old after 1 month in the pocket. I've given these every opportunity and am upset I traded my buds pro 2.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We noticed your concerns regarding the fit and durability of the buds, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide this detailed feedback. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed with different-sized silicone ear tips to help users find a comfortable and secure fit. To ensure the best fit, it’s important to check the directional markings (L for the left earbud and R for the right earbud), insert them correctly, and gently rotate them forward or backward until they feel stable. Proper placement can make a difference in comfort and stability during wear. Regarding the finish on the case, we recognize how important durability is for everyday use. Over time, external factors like friction in pockets or bags can contribute to wear. We recommend checking out our Buds cases for the Buds3 and Buds3 Pro. Using a protective case or cover can help reduce visible wear and extend the lifespan of the charging case’s appearance. Thank you for sharing your experience, and if there’s anything more we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

I got these after using the original galaxy buds for 5 years and these are worse in everyway besides sound, they're more uncomfortable, don't stay in your ears, I personally don't like how they look, and the squeeze controls don't work great if your doing anything with gloves or if your hands and dirty and you don't want to rub them on your face trying to change a song

Aloha Josh, Thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. As we strive to be innovative and make improvements on the design and functionality of our product line, your feedback is invaluable. You'll get better sound quality from your Buds3 Pro, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears if you're wearing them correctly. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. If you would like more information regarding fit, feel free to review, "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro. The blades on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are touch-sensitive to allow for intuitive controls like pinch gestures for music playback and swipe gestures for volume adjustment. If you would like to share any other feedback with us or if you would like further assistance after reviewing the resource shared, please feel free to reach out to Support. Thank you for being a steadfast Samsung customer. - Debra

All of the tips dont fit my ears, they fall out. They are a bit to big. I like the controls though. Wish I could have tried them on before purchasing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 and the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro. The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro. I bought just over 4 months ago. And uh, the case has already stopped charging, and the right headphone makes an awful squealing noise. I'll be interested to see how the buds 3 standard version workout.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! Regarding the charging case, we recommend ensuring that the charging contacts inside the case are clean and free of debris, as this may improve connectivity. Regularly cleaning the contacts with a dry cloth can help prevent charging interruptions. For the squealing noise in the right earbud, this may occur if Active Noise Cancelling, Adaptive sound, or Ambient sound modes are enabled. The sub-microphone on the earbud adjusts based on these features, but touching or covering the sub-microphone area—such as when putting on, removing, or adjusting the earbuds—can cause the microphone to detect sound and produce a high-pitched noise. To reduce this, avoid covering the sub-microphone while handling the earbuds. Your insights are appreciated, and we hope these steps enhance your experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Pinching vs. Tapping
on March 20, 2025

I traded in my old headphones for these new headphones a few months ago and I have to say; I really prefer the Galaxy Buds2 versus the 3. I liked being able to tap instead of pinching for audio control. I am a chef, so when I wear headphones I liked being able to keep my hands sanitary by using the back of my hand to tap versus pinching. Also, the response to stopping music with tapping is much quicker than pinching.
