[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung stuff for a bit, and the Buds3 Pro are totally worth it. The sound and noise canceling are way better than the older Buds. And the new touch controls are awesome; I can do everything—play, pause, skip, volume, noise control—all on one bud.

This product took a step back from the 2 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy buds 3 pro do have improved sound quality and longevity over the previous series, but the fit of the earbuds and the shape have not been satisfactory. With the buds 2 pro, you could seemingly do anything and not have the ear buds fall out, and now you are having to adjust your buds every 5 seconds to make sure they don't fall out when doing something like walking.
The quality is much better in my opinion, but the it can occasionally be a bit chunky when it tries to fit the sound to your ear. There are times where the headphones sound wonderful, make an adjustment, and now they sound clunky again. Overall, however, the sound and the customizability of said sound are definately the selling points of this product.
The earbuds don't seen to charge all of the time in the charging case and every week or so you get an error saying the buds won't aren't charging and you have to trouble shoot that.
I am a fan of the galaxy buds as a brand, just some changes in design led me to my score of 3/5
