I tried it with all the pads, and they fall off very easily. They have good sound, but what good is it if they fall off or move around a lot? It doesn't give you the security it should.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes of ear tips, so the first step is to ensure you have the right size for your ears. A proper fit will eliminate gaps between your ear and the ear tip, helping to prevent sound leaks and ensuring optimal audio quality. If you need assistance with changing the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the correct ear tips on your earbuds, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings; you should see an "L" and an "R." Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear, with the "R" facing you, and the left (L) bud into your left ear, with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth instead of straight down, and adjust them by rotating them until you find a comfortable fit. You can also run an earbud fit test using the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. We hope these steps help you. Instead of getting a percentage off from the promotion for a trade I would get punished and pay more. Terrible deal. I own a pair of 3 pro already and they are sub par. Terrible battery life, connection weak, especially for range. Same goes for noise cancellation quality. Much better buds out there at that price range. I used to like Samsung a lot. Almost every device I own is Samsung but lately...

Not Worth it. Downgrade compared to the buds 2 pro

I traded my Buds 2 PRO for these. Its not worth it. The Buds 2 pro is way better then these. Its an expensive downgrade. Sound quality is decent but trying to talk to anyone with it is trash and unusable. I have to yell just for the person to hear me. When I had the buds 2 pro I could be on the lawn mower talking normally and be heard just fine. Don't waste your money on these. If i could reverse my trade to get my Buds 2 PRO back I would.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro have low or no volume, or poor sound quality on one or both earbuds, there could be several reasons. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or they could have dust or debris. Also, audio quality can be impacted by outdated software, low battery, or other factors. Check your earbud settings to see if Ambient sound or Noise canceling is enabled. Ambient sound lets you hear background noise during calls, which can cause interference. Turn off Ambient sound mode to improve this. If your earbuds have Active Noise Canceling, it's best to turn it on to block out background noise. Make sure you are within Bluetooth range. Check for software updates on your Galaxy buds and install any available updates. If problems persist, service may be necessary. Please call 1-800-SAMSUNG to request service, but note that damaged earbuds are not covered under warranty. For tips on maintaining a good connection and updating software, see the links below.
