First, please check the volume settings on your phone. Sometimes, the earbuds and your phone have separate volume controls, so it’s a good idea to ensure the volume is turned up on both devices. You can easily adjust the volume on your phone using the Volume up key. Also, don’t forget to look into the pinch controls for your earbuds to ensure they’re set up correctly for volume adjustments. It’s worth checking the media volume limiter settings as well, as they could be affecting your audio experience. Next, we should consider the Bluetooth range. Make sure you’re within 30 feet of your phone, as other obstacles like walls or electronic devices may disrupt the Bluetooth signal. It’s also crucial to check the battery status of your earbuds. Low battery levels can lead to reduced audio performance, so use the Galaxy Wearable app to check the battery status or pop them into the case to see the indicator light. Sometimes, optimizing battery settings on your audio app can help too. Just go to Settings > Apps on your Android device, find your audio app, and switch the battery optimization to "Unrestricted." Lastly, a quick restart of both your phone and earbuds might refresh the connection.
