[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound! I've read and watched multiple reviews and, want all that optimistic about getting these buds. That changed almost immediately. I've read that the build feels cheap, I don't see it. The Bugs 3 pro feel solid in the hands and the hinges feel solid upon opening and closing. After doing a for test, I adjusted the equalizer and started listening... very impressed with the output. The controls are easier than even the buds 2. The active noise cancelling works well, easily handling outdoor sounds, allowing me to be immersed in my music even when walking around on busy streets and other noisy environment. The voice controls are responsive, and so is getting the wearables app set up. One of the main complaints in the reviews I've read or watched is the way the buds fit in the case... West too minor of a detail for me to complain about. Walking at night, I like the blades to be illuminated, activating that is about the most inconvenient aspect of these buds, you have to squeeze both buds immediately when you talked them out of the case. One more downside, they have a funky metallic odor... kind of like the s pen. A few swords with a qtip minimized the smell a bit. Back to the sound, very good bass response and clear highs and mids, morning tinny about the sound. I may be using the wrong sized tips, that said after an initial discomfort, I didn't notice them anymore. I'd rate battery life a 7.5. overall satisfaction for me 9.8

The audio quality on these headphones is amazing. Also they have the best noice canceling for their size. I didn't like the touch control on them, seemed hard to know where is the spot to touch. Battery however is not that good. I got a few hours worth of music playing and they got discharged real quick.

Crystal clear sound with great ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the buds 3 pro during pre-order. The seamless integration with my Samsung devices is impressive. I use them for work calls when I walk my dog on Friday evenings and the sound quality is immaculate. The ANC cancels out any disturbance and I hear calls crystal clear. The microphone is good enough that it picks up my voice perfectly. The music with amazon music and tidal is excellent and the battery life is also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Not very secure fit n noise canceling isn't Great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 3 pro are great sounding with awesome features, although I love the product, they could improve the noise canceling features and could do something about the ear fitting moldings, the extra buds they come with are not fitting properly, over all great, but over priced in my opinion.

Quality sound and great noise canceling ability. It's adaptive function is awesome allows background sound when turn off but ensures no background sound when turn on. Great device overall

Right bud don't connect and keep connection.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. If only one bud is staying connected, you can try restarting them by placing both buds in the charging case, closing the lid, and waiting for the LED light to go out. Once the light is off, remove the buds and ensure they are properly synced. To sync the buds, touch and hold both touchpads for seven seconds while they are in the case. The LED light should flash green and then return to its original color. After this, reconnect the buds using your phone's Bluetooth settings. These steps should help restore full functionality.
