Sounds great! The charging magnets are trash and getting them to actually charge is next to impossible sometimes. Waste of money until addressed.

To enhance your charging experience, it’s important to keep the charging contacts clean; you can do this by wiping them with a dry cloth. If the buds or the charging case have come into contact with dust, sand, or metal shavings, that can affect charging. Make sure to gently clean them with a soft, dry cloth before placing them back in the case. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If these suggestions don’t help, we recommend contacting a Samsung Service Centre or an authorized service centre for further assistance. Bad business

These units have problems after a year the base goes out and the company does not own up to it . Than a person know nothing about the inter working try to lie to a Electronic Engineer is crazy . If this is what samsung is really like I give the company less than 5 years to be in business.

Amazing sound quality

They also feature a sensor that detects if they're being worn that will pause your music when removed. I absolutely love my new Galaxy ear buds 3 pro!! Oh, and they've integrated Galaxy AI features into them as well!!! Gemini can help you even if you're phone is out of range!
