First, it’s important to ensure that you are using the right size ear tips, as a secure fit can significantly improve stability and sound quality. The Buds3 Pro come with various ear tip sizes, so we recommend trying different ones to find the perfect match for your ears. A proper fit will help eliminate any gaps, reducing sound leaks and optimizing your audio experience. When you’re ready to put them in, take a moment to check the directional marks on the earbuds. The "R" should face you when you insert the right bud, and the "L" should face you for the left bud. A helpful tip is to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth, which can improve microphone performance. If you’re still having challenges, we suggest using the earbud fit test available in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the right fit for your buds.
