I was really excited to get these earbuds once I tried them on they don't fit the ear loop and they hurt my ear so bad that I have to wear any ways . Please don't buy this product.

I'm giving this product 3 1/2 stars. I love the sound quality. But the buds do not stay in my ears. I've tried the three different sizes. They still fall out. I've had this product for one month. I would still recommend.

These is tge worst samsung product that I have ever brought in entire life. I regret buying this product and now also regretting to be a samsung product user. Since, I got owned every samsung high-end product in entire high-end lined up. This is ridiculous that I can't even go to store and fix the the charging issue withe buds, most of the only one ear buds will be working properly the other will be not working because of the charging problem 🙄 I am done with this and came here to write a review so that another person will be not in my situation.

Buds3 Pro Realtime translation is next level!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how Samsung Galaxy AI has integrated the real time translation into the buds 3. I work in an undustry where everyone speaks spanish but me and for 28 years i we have managed to communicate but not always as effectively as i wanted. Now it is seamless. I understand exactly what they are saying to me, i can respind into my phone ai translator and the conversations move along. There is aldo a marked improvement in the background noise cancellation. I noticed that the comfort of this style earbud is not as great as the buds Live but I think that with the comfort of the live you sacrifice the noise canceling I think that because it doesn't fit securely in the ear canal that it doesn't isolate the outside noise which is very frustrating to your person on the other end of the line.
But but as always I love how Samsung integrates their buds so that you can hear every message every messenger every notification everything that comes in right through your earpiece it doesn't just announce that you have a message but you can actually hear the content and it's a seamless integration between the Samsung phone and the Samsung earbuds and for that you can't beat them thank you job well done.
They suck. Don't fit in my ear without hurting. Won't charge. The case doesn't recognize that one earbud is out of the case when I close it. Probably the worst earbuds I've ever had.

Not Samsung's greatest offering

Not great. Every time I'm on a call with them the party on the other side of the call says that I sound like I'm far away even though the buds are connected and noise cancelling is off. Also, when I pull one out of my ear it makes a loud screeching noise. The case stopped charging wirelessly for about a month, still charged by the cord and then suddenly it started working again with no changes to wireless charger. Must have been a firmware update issue.
