Previous model was much better quality, people can not hear me when making phone calls. They say I sound like I'm underwater or talking into a pillow.

They don't fit your ears as well as the Galaxy Bud Pro2, they fall out all the time, trying to pinch them instead of being able to tap makes them useless will running or cycling.

The sound quality and battery life are fantastic and a great improvement from the buds 2 pro, my only complaint is that these get quite uncomfortable to wear over an extended period of time, moreso than the previous model

I have sent an email to Samsung with no response for the issue. My wife and I have new buds, and we are both having trouble getting them to charge. We keep them clean and still cannot get them to charge every time we put them in the case. Samsung needs to provide a fix as these are new buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Bud Pros 3 like a little over 2 or 3 week and I just opened and used them yesterday at the gym. One word... WOW! The sound was so amazing and you feel the bass if that makes sense. It awesome features. I was kicking myself today because, I had forgotten them at home. Don't sleep on these buds!

I'm having so much issues with my buds pro and I sent it back to Samsung 3 times to get it repaire and still facing the same issue. It's very difficult to recommend anyone to buy this product.
