Ear tips are bad bad quality

Sound is great. Fit is good. But unfortunately several rubber ear buds ripped when removing them the way samsung instructed. Very disappointing considering samsung is supposed to be a premium brand and charges a premium price.

The fit is awful. It comes with three different size earbud tips. I've tried all three. None of them seal properly. Plus getting the tips off is very difficult. I feel like I'm going to rip them, which apparently is an issue. Performance is great despite not sealing.

The exchange process is ridiculous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device tips are too flimsy, the quality of the build is lacking, the quality of the sound is worse than the buds2 pro. The form is worse than the buds2 pro, because of the tips flimsiness you cant get a proper ear fit as easily, and exchanging the tips is difficult. The battery life is worst than the buds2 pro, and you'd hope it's due to improved sound quality, but you can't improve sound if you can't get a good seal on your earstips.
The charging case is significantly worse than the galaxy buds2 pro, where they could charge easily when placed over the Samsung Smart things hub or other Samsung wireless plates, with this one you have to move it consistently to find the one sweet spot where the chargers work.
Ultimately this "upgrade" is:
A downgrade in form
A downgrade in battery life
A downgrade in quality of sound
A downgrade in device components
