Not impressed. The sound is not as good as ear buds pro 2. Ear tips are hard to change. Actually ripped one off the inner piece trying to try a different tip. Hard to get a good ear fit test. When I finally did the tips that it showed I needed I had a hard time keeping the buds in my ears as I worked. Definitely not as loud either as the buds pro 2.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but gremlins surfaced

Things started off great. Then after two days the left ear bud stopped playing music and only emitted a loud consistent static sound. I unpaired them and repaired them and that fixed the problem. But I'm afraid this problem will return. Hence the 3 star rating.

I love these. When they first came out I held off on buying them because of the initial bad reviews. I started hearing that many issues were resolved and so I bought them and was pleasantly surprised. I had loved my Buds 2 Pro earbuds, and I honestly love these more. The benefits of upgrading that I see are: improved noise cancellation, improved sound quality, and many very cool little features and tricks these new ones do. Too many to write about here. You won't be disappointed. If you are, return them.

Unhappy early adopter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality of these buds are pretty great, I will give them that, however I can't get a decent fit in my ears no matter which set of tips I use. Also, both buds don't sit properly in the charging case; they should start charging immediately upon being put back in the case, but more often than not, I get a notification that my buds aren't charging when I put them back in the case and I have to fiddle with them to make them start charging. Wireless charging with these is also incredibly slow. Galaxy AI is easy to activate, but that's about the only good thing about it. Otherwise it's clunky and feels like it could use a lot of improvement in future updates. Another issue I have with these is how long it takes for them to connect my phone (Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6). I'll take them out of the charging case, put them in my ears, and often wait for close to a minute for the chime telling me that they are connected. Sometimes they do connect and the chime never goes off. Other times, I have to open up the Galaxy buds settings or Bluetooth setting and tap on the Galaxy buds to force them to connect. I really wish I had waited to buy these because it seems like a lot of these issues were worked out down the line, but I'm stuck with this set that I paid full price for at launch, just to have them full of issues, even after installing every software update. Next time, I'll probably just go for the cheaper Buds FE.

These are the worst fitting earbuds I've ever owned. I can never get a good fit with any ear tips and the sound quality is just ok nothing dramatic because of the fit. The stems on the earbuds was a bad decision. The nose cancellation is just bad with the bad design. The Galaxy buds 2 were a better fitting earbuds. The battery is the only positive thing from these earbuds.
Please go back to the old design.

It's important to wear your earbuds correctly for many reasons. You'll experience better sound quality, they will fit more comfortably, and they will stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and increase the likelihood of falling out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips. The first step is to ensure you have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit snugly without leaving a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio. If you need instructions for changing the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips (see link below). Once you have the right tips on your buds:
- Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
- Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you.
- Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you.
- Angle the microphone slightly so that it's pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down.
- You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right.
