The eartips can get damaged when you remove them, even if you follow the instructions on the video provided by Samsung. The material used has the consistency of one of those gloves that are very soft but when you try to remove it it immediately tears apart. I had to buy third party eartips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, it’s important to handle them gently when removing or replacing them to avoid any damage. As noted in the user guide, excessive pulling, twisting, or pressing of the ear tips can cause them to tear. We recommend carefully turning the ear tips over and pulling them vertically from the middle when removing them. When attaching new ear tips, align the protruding part with the groove on the earbud and push until they click into place, ensuring a proper fit. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The connection are definitely flawless during usage! I love the sound it gives my only issue is the battery life. If they could only last all day like 12hrs! Also they need a tighter fit, maybe a an extra large rubber part to hold it in the ear tighter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is my favorite part of these. Especially when they're connected to a Samsung phone or device. You can hear the quality get better versus when connected to a PC, but the quality is still great when not connected to Samsung.
The automatic noise canceling is very helpful. I especially appreciate that it automatically turns on , and pauses music when it detects a human voice. This is very helpful when someone's talking to you and you don't hear them.
And the controls on the stems are very helpful. Not to mention the voice commands
The seamless actions across apps feature is very nice when I'm switching from my tablet to my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy watch Ultra, is a very nice, useful, and good looking device.
I especially appreciate the integration with the Samsung Health app as it relates to sleep. Is somebody with sleep apnea, I find it very helpful to be able to check to see how my Sleep Quality is.
I also very much appreciate the body comp scan. I have a smart scale rated to work at a clinic level, and the watch is usually Within 01% of the scale. This is a very nice sanity check for me when I'm wondering how accurate my devices are.
Finally I very much appreciate the hand gestures that you can use to control notifications.
