Good sound, but bad case charging connections

Good sound quality, but case has frequent issues with charging the headphones. I have put them in properly, making sure they light up when entering the case, and leaving them in for at least an hour, only to find them still at 5-10% charge when I try to take them out. I have tried pressing down on them and slightly twisting them to make sure they are connected and show they are charging, to mixed and inconsistent results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When charging your buds important to ensure that you are using Samsung verified chargers. Samsung accessories are designed to maximize battery life. Samsung does not recommend using any chargers other than Samsung chargers, especially chargers that are uncertified or counterfeit. These can hinder the charging of your device and may cause battery issues if used long-term. If you are using Samsung verified chargers, make sure that your buds case is free of any debris. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Disappointing Durability in Wet Conditions

I recently purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, expecting premium performance and durability for the price. While they deliver on sound quality and comfort, I’m extremely disappointed with their inability to handle wet conditions, despite claims of water resistance.
During a heavy training session , my Buds 3 Pro were exposed to some sweat and a bit of rain. Unfortunately, they started malfunctioning shortly after. One earbud became unresponsive, and the case’s charging capabilities were also affected. I followed all care instructions and ensured they were not submerged in water, yet they still didn’t hold up.
For a product advertised with water resistance, this performance falls well below expectations. It's frustrating to invest in premium earbuds that can’t withstand typical use in environments they’re marketed for. Unless you plan to use these strictly indoors or in dry conditions, I would recommend looking for more robust alternatives.

Expensive for their lack of reliability

Need additional accessories

I think they need an optional attaching over the ear hook. Samsung ear buds are too expensive and too easy to lose.

in warranty repair for earbuds

Bought 5 months ago and is broken. Ear buds won't charge anymore. Sent it for repair and samsung repair claims it has water damage. There is simply no way it can have water damage.
These earbuds never go near any water source. EVER. it sits in my work desk. SAMSUNG HAS LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER! I have used Samsung for past decade and I will not be swindled.

Wouldn't recomend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphones say waterproof/ water resistant. Everytime I workout no matter how much or how little any bit of moisture touches the left earbud and it will not charge. I have to leave it out the case for a few hours before the case will accept it and charge it. Very annoying
