They sound better...fit way better in my ear...love the new options such as seamless audio regardless of how snug or position my buds are in my ear.
Love the higher sound quality over all great head phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound in these buds is unmatched in my opinion. Voice commands are game changer in the gym. Charge super fast. The only thing I don't like is not being able to connect to devices seamlessly outside of Samsung. Otherwise, we are best buds! Great phone calls too!

1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly.
3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.

Not bad earbuds

Only problem I have is after a few months of having them the case every once in awhile will say earbuds stop charging notifications to my phone. I really take good care of my earbuds. Have hard case to protect them. So I check them and clean charging prongs...not dirty. So it's good for a little while and goes back to not charging. Very irritating. Other than that good earbuds for sound
