Hardware Redesign vs Software changes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer the more contained and stemless looks of samsung galaxy buds as i used the buds 1 and 2 before switching to the these. The battery life is pretty consistently good and work just fine to fit my daily activities. With the software I enjoy using a lot of new software tweaks and updates from the buds2 like switching seamless actions across apps and devices as I use a tab s10Ultra as well as the s24Ultra. I have so far been unable to enjoy the perks that would eventually come with one ui7 & android 15. Like the now brief or audio eraser.

They sound good but they have charging issues right bud don't charge. charge them overnight they would die 10 minutes after you take them off the charger That's trash.And on top of that customer service sucks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ear bud rubber ear pice needs one more size smaller than the 2 they come with. I changed them when I first got them because they didn't fit correctly and second choice they give you fit better but no other choice and because they are a special type and have the hard plastic connected to them I can't get ones that fit better so I am stuck with them falling out of my ears ☹️ so they sit and don't get used. They sound great until they fall out .

Constant humming sounds when NC is on. I jse my other earphones when I need NC. However, call quality with these are superior to anything else on the market. Sound quality is slightly above average and needs a deeper base.

New Technology at its peak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These broads are truly a work of art and they make listening to music so much more enjoyable as well as having four hour long phone conversations on the phone. They are extremely comfortable to wear for extended periods of time up to 8 to 10 hours. The sound quality on them is truly amazing. Being part of the Galaxy ecosystem has been a life-changing experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these headphones when they first came out day one. Thought they were the best headphones I'd ever had. Had them for about a week and then they died. Samsung ran me through the ringer gave me a complete runaround and were complete jerks. They finally ended up replacing them and they work great they sound great they work great. I am a huge Samsung fanboy but my disappointment in their support leaves me with questions. But the headphones sound great and do everything that they offer.
