when new, worked fine but after several months of usage, right headset stopped charging, cleaned the case, cleaned the headset but it is having a hard time to get connection. have to press it a bit to get connected and see the charging light. also, new S25 works on google, but headset does not respond when "hey google" command is given.

The ambient sound is incredible.Improve the sound of music and has a very pleasant effect.When recording videos with 360 mode, the videos you record sound phenomenal because you can hear them from all sides.

Adding the stim was a game changer to me, as the first pro touch area was small or didnt register all the time. I've had the buds, buds+, buds pro and now these pro 3 and these are my favorite. The stim pressure and swipe feature are perfect. Battery last a long time as well as the case. The best ambient sound yet.

Great usage and recognition of Voice Commands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The voice commands on these earbuds are very seamless, I really like how the quick voice commands do not need a wake up word, and just saying skip song or previous song will do exactly as if says. This is very helpful if you have your hands full and you can not reach your phone or earbud controls to change the song.
