[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Buds2 for a while and I loved those, so I was truly hesitant to get the Buds3 Pro simply because I didn't think I'd like them as much. Boy was I wrong. Love these so much more since they have the capability to lower/raise the volume without using the phone on top of skipping and even going back on a previous track. They're perfect for the gym.

Connection comes and goes for several times until I take the pods out my ear and stop the video and play it again. Started seeing this condition for a few weeks now.

If your Galaxy Buds frequently disconnect from your phone, it may be due to a weak Bluetooth connection or improper placement in your ears. Please ensure that the earbuds are securely fitted, that your Bluetooth connection is stable, and that the earbuds' software is up-to-date. Check out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects.
