Constant Charging Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From day one I've had issues getting these to charge. I've even had to physically hold the bud down to make sure it continues charging. The battery life is shorter, and the sound quality is no better. It's confusing to me why Samsung made such drastic changes, and all of them are worse.

Overall great but no accessories is disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall these buds are great and what I would expect for the latest version, but come on, even my OG Galaxy buds (and I'm pretty sure the free ones that used to come with my Galaxy phones) had multiple tip sizes. I think these ones are just a tiny bit too big so they don't stay in my ears super great, but I don't really want to buy another set just to find out they don't fit great either.

The design shift to an angular stemmed form factor not only modernizes their appearance but also enhances functionality. The inclusion of LED strips on the stems adds a touch of flair, making them stand out in a crowded market.
One of the standout features is the advanced voice command system. Unlike previous models, the Buds 3 Pro allow for instant voice controls without the need for a wake word, streamlining interactions and making tasks like adjusting volume or skipping tracks more intuitive.
The sound quality has seen notable improvements, thanks to the dual planar drivers and high sampling rate. This setup delivers a richer, more immersive audio experience, with deeper bass and clearer mids. Samsung's AI technology further refines this by optimizing sound through adaptive EQ and enhanced active noise cancellation (ANC), effectively minimizing ambient noise and allowing for an uninterrupted listening experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds Pro most of the times for phone calls. It allows me to do a lot of things "hands free" with a multiple options ti control audio and responses. Wonderful for music as well.

These have been great so far. Only complaint is they disconnect while in ear but readjusting them make it connect again.
