[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new stuff that they added to this buds 3 pro are just incredible, they have a great noise cancelation and that helps you to listen to your favorite music. Also de design is way better and i love the fact that is kind of a tringle, because the buttoms are easir to press. I alway use the speking commands like "stop music" or "answer call". Is hands free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Note 24 Ultra. I'm pretty tech savvy. I will blame most of my cons on user error. My noise cancellation has never worked as intended. It's good when it's on, but very bad on active, or the voice detection mode. Without making this too long. The new features just need to cook alot more. But as a standard pair of noise cancelling earbuds these are amazing! Great sound quality, seamless connection, the touch controls are very organic to use. They are very seamless actions across apps and devices. Not overly sensitive like the other Galaxy Buds. I would recommend these on sale, if you need a pair. These are in a very weird position for me, I love them but I don't really like them that much. I have them a 4/5 Star because I have them now. I enjoy them for what I enjoy about them. As for the new features, not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seamless interaction with my s24 and galaxy watch. Sound is excellent, plus app has many features. Voice control very easy to use.
Do not work, don't connect, can't use! Are they refurbished?

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, KJohn. We understand how frustrating it can be if your earbuds don't connect properly and this is not the experience we strive for. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to deliver a seamless audio experience, and we want to help you get them working smoothly. Here are some steps you can try to get them connected: Restart the earbuds by putting the buds back in the case and closing the lid. Wait for the light on the case to go out (about 7 seconds), and then try to connect the earbuds again. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, ensuring the charging contacts are clean and free of debris. Connect the USB cable to the USB charging port on the back of the charging case and use a Samsung-approved charger adapter to plug it into a power outlet, then let the earbuds charge for at least 30 minutes. Make sure you have the latest version of the Galaxy Wearable app installed on your device, as updates often include improvements for connectivity. If these steps don't resolve the connection, please don't hesitate to contact us at Samsung Support for further assistance. Very nice and elegant design, I liked it more than the Buds2 Pro. The sound quality is great, just as the Buds2 Pro.
The only bad thing is when I use them for working out, I put them back in the case the LED starts blinking red. I clean them and make sure they're completely dry but it keeps blinking red. The only fix is I leave them out of the case for several minutes (maybe 1 hour or even more), and then it is okay. This never happened with the Buds2 Pro. I'm not sure if this is a real issue or if an update to the firmware could fix it. But it is really annoying, as I don't want to leave them out of the case and lose them.
One other thing I could use is slightly bigger ear tips. I feel like they come out, or the external noise is not being isolated properly (I might have bigger ear canals than the rest), and this also happened in the Buds2 Pro.
Really good earbuds for the price. Bought them since I been needing a pair and out of all the earbuds I've had in the past this one didnt hurt my ears.
Awesome Sound. Can run my Shop Vac and table saw while I listen to an audio book with no need to increase the volume and I am hardly able to tell there is even noise in the shop.
