[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the buds work really well. So much So, I had to buy 2 more. The wife and kid wanted some. The pairing to my phone was easy. If you buy them don't get frustrated. It takes a few minutes to figure out the settings that work best for you. Only because they do so much. But, making changes in the app is super easy and quick. My son found that you can buy different ear bud tips. So he got some different ones and now everytime i see him they are in his ears. He tried the language translation with some kids at school and said it was really good. I haven't had the chance yet. My family and I recommend them.

We see that you had some concerns regarding the left bud not charging. It's great to see that the buds were awesome for you, and we'd like to help enhance your experience with them. If one or both of your Samsung Galaxy buds aren't charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds or the charging case. Ensure you use a Samsung-approved charger, check for damage, and make sure the earbuds and case are free of debris. Align the earbuds properly in the case, and if using wireless charging, position the case correctly on the pad. Inspect the indicator lights and clean the charging contacts. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds are great! They fit great in my ear. Other ear buds fall out, not these! I use these for work and my hands get greasy and dirty so the voice commands are very useful. Cons to this, someone can start your music randomly when you're in a conversation. I love the, find my earbuds feature. Be careful with the noise canceling feature, you won't hear anything around you, lol. All in all I would definitely recommend these to anyone.
