Hard to grab

I like the sound quality, but the design triangular makes it very difficult to grab, also, there is no way you make it fit comfortably, fit tests fail always. If they don't want to do round, hexagonal can be much better. So, noise cancelation doesn't work very well because of the fit.

Sound great and fit well except I have ripped 2 of the tips and can no longer use the small or medium sizes. I am currently running small in the right ear and medium in the left.
The buds 3 pro doesn't work very well with zoom call. Most of times, only one side works.

Noise canceling is just not there...Other brands in the same price range are way better. If you wear during fast movement, the design creates more wind noise that can be overcome by the earbuds.
The case feels cheap and also the earpuds themselves. Again, others in the same price range are better.

Good aesthetics, but sadly that's where the positives end. In ear fit is mediocre at best, and I experienced the same issue as many others regarding tips tearing when trying to find a better fit. The pinch controls are often awkward and sometimes unresponsive, giving more opportunities for the buds the fall out as I try to navigate controls. Do not register as being in my ear, which turns off noise cancelling settings in the app. Overall, these buds are completely unusable for me and will be my last try with Samsung for the foreseeable future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There's a humming/buzzing while on phone calls. They don't fit quite right. Sound is pretty good. Not worth the money.
