Right bud stopped working in less than one month. I'm not entirely sure about other aspects of the product given the unreasonably short life span.

These were the very mediocre buds that I have owned. The left bud went out just after the warranty. My wife couldnt hear me clearly every time we talked.

Pro at detecting moisture

I recent purchased these headphones and finally got to use them at the gym. Once I was done I put them in the case and received a notification saying the charge has stopped because of moisture or a foreign object. So I take them out and wipe them clean and kept getting that notification. I then sat then out for about 10 minutes and let them air dry, still same issue. It wasn't drenched in sweat but apparently, a droplet of water will keep them from charging. So, good luck if you plan on using them while working out. Or learn how to control your pores.

Bad experience

These were perfect at first, only had for a short time(2months) the case doesn't work and my left ear bud isn't working and I can't get support to tell me how to fix it. They don't have a good battery life either.

They fall out of my ear the second I let go

I bought a new Galaxy phone and these earbuds so I could hear and talk in a noisy environment. Unfortunately they fall out of my ear the second I move my head, so I can't even wear them when I'm working at my desk. I'm horribly disappointed that I wasted my money.
They might work great but I'll never know. Don't buy them if you have a fairly open outer ear, they will be useless for you.

Not worth the upgrade I'd return if I could

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3, but unfortunately, they haven't lived up to my expectations. My main issue is that they fall out of my ears while working out. They feel too loose and I constantly need to adjust them, which is quite frustrating.
The sound quality is fine, but it's not significantly better or worse than the previous generation, the Buds Pro 2. Additionally, the battery life seems to be worse compared to the last generation, even without any features enabled.
Overall, I wish I had kept my Buds Pro 2 instead of purchasing these. They just don't meet my needs as well as the previous model did.
