Graphite finish looks dirty/dusty! I would not order that again. It took me a few hours to remove unwanted software and complete updates. Windows update keeps trying to add/update a Windows 10 driver to this Windows 11 system! The system has hung up a few times in the deleting Apps and update process. Just keep restarting and everything seems to be working...

Disappointed about the screen display quality. It's difficult or impossible to adjust the color balance, contrast, and sharpness of text on screen. Even once I looked up how to make the advanced display adjustments, the difference is only marginally better.

The HP Laptop arrived in a well packaged box and on time for Christmas. It performs and functions as expected from a brand like HP. I had an HP laptop 5 years ago, bought a Dell. The Dell performed miserably, thus; making me regret that I left HP. I won't make that mistake again.
