Don’t even bother purchasing

This laptop isn’t even a year old and yet I’m having constant issues with it , from the mouse constantly disconnecting to now all of a sudden the blue screen of death. HP has gone downhill so bad I will never buy another product from them

I purchased this laptop for my 15 year old son-along with a wireless mouse. When I ordered it, the shipping date was nearly a month after the purchase date but it arrived at our door nearly 2 weeks early! He absolutely loves this computer as well the wireless mouse. I chose this laptop because of the latest software & also the larger screen size- based on his preferences after showing him a few different options. It was super easy to set up & has also been a breeze for him to learn how to use it on his own. There have been no problems whatsoever with it freezing up or glitching & there is also plenty of storage...Overall-this purchase has been a major win for this Mama...So far so good! Thanks from the bottom of my heart HP!

This laptop is lighter than other 17 inched laptops. It came in with no defects and the ports work great. It’s a great laptop for work and can handle light to medium gaming. Gets around 150 FPS on low graphics. Battery life lasts about 6-8 hours for net browsing and about 4-5 hours for gaming

We bought this laptop to replace the one my wife had used for 4 or 5 years. She just does web browsing and email and this new HP is more than up to it. I'm continually impressed at how much performance you get for such a low price these days. The only upgrade we went for was the touch screen.

I have had this laptop about a month. It works fine. The only issue I am having is with Zoom when I try to blur or add a background it does not work. Not sure if this is something with the camera or the fact it is a new camera.

This was the best option for me to replace my previous HP laptop which was the same model but I had a dvd drive as well. The shipping was super fast. I got it a week sooner then they advised me so I was supper happy about that since I am a current student. I am happy with my purchase. My laptop works great and I’m even happier to know it’s got a protection plan on it in case something happens. One small thing was the availability of colors. My previous laptop was a pink HP and I really wanted a pink replacement. That was the only thing I wish I could have had offered with this order.
