Keyboard is difficult to use because of the light letters on the silver keys if you are not a practiced typist. Use is not intuitive if you are not a computer expert and are only familar with Windows 10.

I have had my new computer for about 3 weeks now and boy is it fast. I am thoroughly enjoying the quickness and the clarity of HDR screen. This is the 4th HP laptop computer that I have purchased over the last 5 years. I am always impressed with the quality, the ease of set up and easy it is to use. This model 17z-cp000 is, so far, the best computer that I have owned. My first computer was purchased in 1989 and was an XT compatible desktop computer. If you are looking for a very good/excellent computer for either home/work/school use this the one you want to get.
