A great multi-use laptop! I’m a full time student with 2 jobs, and this laptop works great for everything I use it for. The large screen is getting for writing papers and working on presentations. The large keyboard makes typing more comfortable too. It has plenty of space to run games too. I can run the Sims 4 at medium graphics (with mods!) no problem, and a few other story based games easily. Definitely holding onto this laptop as long as I can!

I would so love to give a five-star rating but I continue to hear a popping sound from time to time in my laptop. I am reluctant to make the service call again but know that within the next 2-3 days if the popping continues I will have to. I've had this new built to order (no fancy stuff; no extras) unit for about 2 months so I'm disappointed that a service call has been made at all. I expected more getting it directly from the manufacturer.
