This is my third HP product there's are times when it loads pages slow I wouldn't think that would happen since I had extra Ram installed, other then that it's okay

My only issue is the Silver keyboard and the letters are not bold to type with other thank that im fine with this laptop its fast and i had to buy Microsoft word
