A very very detail review of what you order is needed. I thought I had ordered the touch screen but nope, even though you make think you are you are not unless you find they extra section to specifically states the touchscreen. Then don’t expect it anytime soon. It took awhile because apparently they don’t have computers on hand like a store. They make them to order. Expect a long wait time.

A fast computer, but it is missing a back-lit keyboard. I did not realize that is quite handy, having got used to it on my past three computers. Next time I will go for the model with a backlit keyboard. Otherwise fast and dependable. Good battery life.

Startup times fast and everything seems to function properly for the most part. Only problem is that the battery randomly drains quickly and it will even drain itself when powered off. (Not Sleep) OFF!
Yet the battery will still drain. It's been doing this since day-1 of owning it and I barely even use it so I assumed that maybe with some updates or something that it may help but alas it didn't. So yes I assume its the battery that's the problem even though I bought it only a month ago.

Poor display and resolution. Nearly obsolete. But speed is good. Sometimes, while booting, it stays with a blank or black screen. The user wouldn’t know whether to wait or reset. Sadly such OS issues still happen in 2022 which is terrible.

The laptop looks really very awesome and cool. It starts up really fast and good. I love how it looks and the design of it. However, I did have enter my Microsoft hotmail.com account in which I thought that it would be HP Brand name not Microsoft Brand name. I understand about OS Windows 11 and how it works. But so far it works find and good for me for what I do. But it is still to early to tell, have to wait for about 6 months to maybe a year to find out if it works good and no problems. Thank you
