The online description of the laptop said touchscreen was optional but gave no further information.
I am disappointed that it does not have touchscreen. Otherwise the new laptop is working fine but it came with no printed set up guidelines. Since it wasn't my first rodeo, I could figure it out.

I needed a laptop for both personal use and work purposes, and I have a limited budget. This laptop is ideal for my needs. It has a large screen, good weight and feel, and plenty of ports for oonnecting external devices. I had enough in my budget, because of the affordability of the laptop itself to either add an additional storage drive or more memory. I opted for the storage, since the macine comes with 8 GB memmory and I plan to upgrade that later on when chip prices go back down.
