The day I received my laptop and set it up it started acting up. On facebook playing the game Royal Solitaire it will automatically click of the game and go back to the facebook main page. Every HP I have owned does this with no help from Geek Squad.

Should have stayed with my MAC. Display pales compared to my 7 year old MAC. Outlook runs so much slower than my Mac as to be almost unusable. File organization is cryptic. All and all this has been an extremely unhappy transition. I may yet go back to MAC.

Selected processor option was "AMD Ryzen™ 3 5300U (up to 3.8 GHz, 4 MB L3 cache, 4 cores, 8 threads) + AMD Radeon™ Graphics". Actual speed per computer properties is 2.6 GHz. Even allowing for weaslly "up to" part of that, 2.6 GHZ seems like a pretty minimal upgrade over the base 2.4 GHz.

Awful lied about a year warranty which was only for 30 days also said 2-3 EXPRESS shipping yet it took 18-20 days from CHINA OF ALL PLACES THE EYE OF THE COVID STORM and not just that the keys stick and squeak LOUDLY as well as my screen flickering no matter how low I set the setting so it is not for quality but performance.
