this laptop is great, fast and reliable so far, i do have one regret, i didn't realize the was no sd card reader, that is the only thing i don't like, no longer has a cd/dvd drive, and now they are not putting sdcard drives in either, which means you pay more for less!
Laptop receives low wifi signal and freezes during video calls. Its not my router or wifi bandwidth. There are 4 other computers with no issues in the same location.
The computer is everything I wanted and more. HP experienced some problems, but still managed to get me my new computer. They definitely understand customer service, in addition to knowing how to build a great computer.
SLOW!!! I even bumped it up to 32GB of ram and it's still slow. Must be the crappy processors....also, you loaded the worst possible audio drivers. No enhancement tabs for bass boost and the absolute worst sound EVER, No bass whatsoever - sounds like a 1920's 78rpm played on a Victrola - ABSOLUTE JUNK SOUND DRIVERS!!!! It seems that you put the worst of everything in this unit. Stay away from this crap - it's just not worth it
Have had it for a few weeks, but no success in using it so far. I expected it to be an easy set jup. Main problem, I get my Office from the university and so far have not been able to get that set up on this new computer. Keep getting items popping up about paying for another Office. Will probably have to get technical assistance to solve this. In the meantime I am still using my old computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
