They said it was checked and was working correctly.However a recovery set
up disk had to be sent to me because files were missing from the windows install. this took about 3.5 hours to reformat and reinstall ALL windows files that factory said were installed.

Have not fully converted over to it yet, but everything works great. I love all the features: touch screen, large HD, a lot of memory, lighted KB, large 17in, and seemingly lightweight for the size of the screen. Not all features tried, like sound and graphics or learning about new Windows 11. So far, very impressed.
