I am so pleased with my Snow Joe. Living outside of Buffalo, I am no stranger to snow removal. My gas powered snowblower is too big for smaller snowfalls, but my little blue wonder is the perfect size for a few inches of nuisance snow. I plug it in and go! Sure, the cord can be a pain, but it’s not a pain like wrestling a 300lb snowblower(I did say it was big). My Snow Joe clears the snow easily and throws it surprisingly far. I also appreciate a little trick: if you tip the snowblower forward, it will clear all the way down to the pavement, even removing the packed snow driven over by a car. So far, my Snow Joe has been trouble-free. The only item I don’t like is the snow chute can only be aimed so far down. If you push it too far, a gap opens between the chute and body blowing snow in my face and onto cleared section of driveway. It’s annoying but not a big deal. All in all, I’m pleased with my purchase.

This is a replacement for a five year old 13 amp model, fortunately or unfortunately whichever way you want to look at it, we haven't had sufficient snow since I purchased the new 15 amp model. I gave the old model to my son which had worked perfectly in my driveway for the past five years, if the new one works as well, then we will have a great product, just like the old one.

I got the Snow Joe snow thrower about 1 month ago. I had the opportunity to use it 3 times. It worked very well. I have a 20 x 35 foot cement driveway and it tossed the 4-5 inches of snow far enough to easily clear the drive. It is light in weight and easy to maneuver. I am 70 years old and didn't want to contend with a large implement. I recommend it for smaller jobs.

I got my husband a Snow Joe SJ623E Snow Thrower for his birthday for use in cleaning off our back deck so that he wouldn't have to shovel it because it really piles up and he tires very quickly so he used to have to work at it two or three times to get all the snow off. It does a great job and because it is electric start, he doesn't have to mess with filling the machine with gas before starting it!

I am glad that I chose this model, which has a higher amperage motor, especially when clearing the mound of snow left at the end of the driveway by the City snow plow!
