I don't recommend to other to buy this, Because of the plastic pulley. very poor designed.

Works OK but poor quality and won't last

The snow blower works OK and is lightweight, but quality leaves a lot to be desired. Halfway through the first winter the snow blower started vibrating so badly that the tightening bolt for the handle would shake loose. Snow Joe replaced this under warranty without much issue but then the replacement unit started doing this the following winter and was not eligible for any warranty support. So it works OK but I wouldn't buy again because the quality seems closer to being a "disposable" item rather than something you should expect to rely on for multiple years. Worth spending a bit more $ on a snow blower with higher build quality.

I'm impressed with SnowJoe! This is just what I needed for my patio here in Colorado. What used to take me 2hrs minimum to shovel I can now take 6 inches of snow off in like 20 minutes.

Junk Don't Buy

Don't buy! Just cheap junk. Scraper bar will break on your first use and you can't even replace it because they've been out of stock for years now! This could be a nice blower, but is made so cheaply that it just isn't worth the price even if it's cheap. Just goes to show you get what you pay for and in this case you get very little in terms of quality.

Terrible product and even worse warranty!

Do not buy this brand. Their warranty is awful. I purchased less than a year ago and the auger and slide plate underneath already broke under normal circumstances, snowblowing my average driveway maybe 20 times. Then I call about the warranty and they tell me it basically only covers the parts of the snow blower that will never break, like the handle, replacement screws, etc. I am blown away that they say they have a 2 year warranty when really it doesn't cover any of the moving parts. Never ever buy!

Think Of These As Single Season Then Dispose Unit

Be aware before buying that replacement parts have NEVER been available for these products. They do an OK job, but once the belt fails or something breaks, it is time throw it away.

Great … while it works

I experienced the same failure as the anonymous reviewer above. We were delighted with the product over a couple of years of modest use. When it works, it works great. But today it stopped working. The the connection point between the power cable and the machine had frayed and eventually shorted out. (This was not due to improper use. In fact, I always held that cable in my hand when using the machine to prevent it from jostling and disconnecting the cable.)
